A whole chicken or 6 drumsticks
1 pound potatoes
1 cup of beer
1/2 cups of water
100 g butter
Four cloves of garlic
salt, black and red pepper to taste
Peel all the potatoes and cut into pieces. Put them in a large enough pan to gather the chicken and the potatoes. Wash the chicken or drumsticks and add them to the pan. Flavor everywhere with the pressed garlic, the salt and the black pepper. Smear the chicken/drumsticks with a pinch more salt and the red pepper. Add the cup of beer and pour water to the level of potatoes. At the end cut the butter spreading everywhere in the pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for an hour 200 C. After an hour take off the foil and continue to cook, using a wooden spoon to pour over the chicken from the sauce. Bake until readiness.
